Redlands Aero Modellers (RAMS) was founded at Henry Ziegenfusz Park in 1996 (Original name was Redlands Aero Model Soarers however with the development of electric remote control technology the name of the club was changed to more aptly describe a more broader description of remote controlled electric flight that was not limited to just gliders/soarers).

RAMS is an independent, not for profit community organisation that exists to provide a continuous recreational outlet for the community and an educational resource for people interested in flying model scale aircraft.
