RAMS CHRISTMAS PARTY IS HERE!!!

We are looking forward to inviting you to the RAMS Christmas Party which I am sure will be a hoot. The RAMS Christmas Sub Committee have done a sterling job at bringing this all together for us to enjoy.

Everyone is invited including members, partners and kids as it should be a great day with lots to do and see. We have raffles, quizzes, auctions, food and drink, demonstrations, lucky door prizes and lots more all lined up for the day so it should be a great event.

Date: Sunday 5th December @ 10:30am (Start time brought forward due to bad weather)
RSVP: Sunday 28th November (as we have to commit to food)
Location: Henry Ziegenfusz Park, Cricket Club and RAMS Hangar area (Plenty of parking)
Cost of your Boarding Pass (Admission): $15 RAMS Member, $15 Spouse and $10 Children (Under 12).

Your individual Boarding Pass ticket will include beautiful BBQ lunch, bread roll, fresh salads and deserts as well as soft drink, wine and beer. Seating and table will be provided for everyone to eat in peace without wearing their food 🙂

Make sure to keep your Boarding Pass and submit it at the gate to be eligible to win the lucky door prize of the day – you won’t want to miss out!!

How do I purchase a ticket?

To secure your ticket(s) at the RAMS Christmas Party please deposit the total amount as above (using your SURNAME as the reference) directly to the RAMS bank account;

If you are purchasing multiple tickets please drop an email to the Treasurer explaining the breakdown of funds just to advise what is happening.

What happens next?

Within 48 hours you will receive your special individualised, limited edition, exclusive RAMS Christmas Party Boarding Pass (Admission Ticket).

Print it, bring it along, get someone amazing to sign it (like Jim), it will be worth millions!!(*).

Seriously, do print it out and make sure you bring it along with you on the day as the ticket stub will be used for the lucky door prize so you don’t want to miss out!! (and we don’t want you to miss out)

Do you have something we can raffle?

Do you have anything you can donate to raffle? We would be fine to bring a whole bunch of things together and raffle off a box of odds and ends if necessary. Please contact Rodney Clarke (Secretary) and he will come and collect and collate anything for the club to raffle. The contents of the raffle will be made available to everyone.

Dave Rogers and John Tranter will be selling raffle tickets at the club house so please see them to purchase raffle tickets.

Do you have special dietary considerations?

We want to ensure the day is special so if you have any special dietary considerations please email Rodney Clarke directly and we will ensure your plate of food is available for you and compliant to your needs.
